SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING: Alabama Holster is a small, but growing business that makes all of our products by hand. We will get your order out to you as soon as we can but we do fall behind from time to time due to heavy order volume. Please remember all orders are made in the order they are received and our current estimated lead time is posted on our shipping page and is updated regularly. You may cancel your order at any time. Shipping: Alabama Holster ships orders Monday through Saturday via the US Postal Service. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships so your order can be tracked and the delivery confirmed. Shipping transit time is normally 3-7 business days, but that is not guaranteed by the post office.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We want you to be satisfied with your order. Should anything not be to your satisfaction, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt of the order. If you are returning for a refund, you will need to ship it to the address on our website. Once received you will receive your money back, minus the original shipping charges. If you would like to exchange the item for any reason you will need to pay the cost of shipping. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. “Custom” orders are non returnable or refundable. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
